In addition to fabricating countertops for residential and commercial applications, Lee has experience in the manufacture of solid surface materials, including color design, mold design/construction and product development.

An industry professional in print and media production, Joe manages all ISSFA marketing, website programming and communications, including coordination of media events and special projects. On top of formulating design and brand concepts, Joe also publishes the ISSFA Magazine quarterly. Awards and recognition include Designer of The Year and content in hundreds of magazines and businesses locally and nationally.
