8. Contribution & Participation
ISSFA membership is all about giving and receiving. By “showing up and putting up” you earn the right to take back from the community. You give your one share and receive back hundreds of shares in return. If you want to be a pro you have to pay your dues somewhere along the way. Science calls it synergy. Finance calls it compound interest. In K1 they call it sharing your toys and tools.

9. Industry Events
ISSFA members become industry “insiders” through involvement in national, regional and local events. The industry coming together under one roof brings a unity and power you simply cannot achieve on your own. You get the opportunity to learn from the best, to network with your peers, to discover the latest in industry technology and to improve your business - instantly.

10. It is the right thing for you to do.
The self-made man who became president of the United States of America may have summed it up best when he said, “Every man owes part of his time and money to the industry to which he is engaged. No man has a moral right to withhold his support from an organization that is striving to improve conditions within his sphere.” — Theodore Roosevelt
