Oxley, I ordered the Surface Sales DVD at the Expo in March, do you know when those are supposed to be sent out??

Hello Lenny. Well I'm glad you noticed the e-blast. Where trying to reach Members in all kind of ways. Do you have any suggestions with regards the e-blast. I value your input.

Hello Lenny. Thanks for the kind words. But when you really think about it anybody that serves the interest of the fabricators is a legend. What you have taught other fabricators puts you in the category. Lenny I guess I'm a geek as well. I read everything on -line including my newspapers. My home page is CNN.
 
But as the years progress I think we will see more of the ISSFA members embracing the internet. So those e-blast might have more value .

Norm, thanks for asking about the DVD self study programs.

Both are in the final stages of approaval this week. I expect the Shop Process Optimization to go to the duplicator next week and be delivered by the week of June 17th. The Sales Program will with it or very close behind.

Norm - and all the others who took advantage of the Surface Sales and Shop Process Optimization DVD based self-study programs  "Pre-Production Special" order -  they are very closed to being ship, now.

The Shop Process Optimization Program is now completed and was sent out to the duplication company, today. The workbooks and packaging are complete and waiting for the DVD's. Your copy should be sent to you no later than next Friday, June 22. 

The Surface Sales System Seminar hit a few production snags, and a re-shoot of one section will take place tomorrow. Then, barring no other surprises it should be on it way to duplication by Tuesday, and into the delivery system to you no later than June 29th.

Several fabricators have asked why they have not receive a credit card charge for their order, yet.  The answer is: once we get both sent out, we will then process the money, but not until then.
