ISSFA WELLS SINKWARE PROGRAM FOR 2007

PRICING:

All Wentworth 16 and 18 gauge products and Rhythm vitreous china lavatory bowls will receive special pricing per the attached Wentworth ISSFA price sheet.

Wells Sinkware and China Luxe product will be priced at a 50-10-10 (.405 multiplier) discount.

VOLUME REBATE:

The following rebate schedule will be in effect for 2007
$1,000,000 – $3,000,000  3%
$3,000,000 - $4,000,000   4%
$4,000,000+                      5%

ISSFA purchases will be tracked by dealer and a quarterly report will be submitted to ISSFA. All Wells qualifying level volume rebates will be paid by check to the dealers in January of 2008. All Wentworth and Wells Sinkware products count toward the annual volume rebate.

Freight:

1 to 5 Stainless steel or China Luxe sinks:   Boxed and shipped and billed UPS

6 to 24 stainless steel sinks: Shipped and billed best way. Specify NO BOXES if you want sinks shipped without boxes. Sinks shipped without boxes will receive a $7.00 discount per sink.

25+ stainless steel sinks:  Freight prepaid. Sinks shipped without boxes will receive a $7.00 discount per sink.

Rhythm series sinks:  Minimum of 10 units freight prepaid on pallets

TERMS:

2% 10 net 30 from date of invoice.  New dealers please request a credit application from Wells Sinkware. 888-626-0006.


ISSFA PREMIUM PACKS FOR WENTWORTH SINKS:

These premium packs can be ordered on a one for one basis with any Wentworth stainless steel sink.

Double bowl pack:
1 strainer basket and two sink grids             $40.00 net price
Single bowl pack:
1 strainer basket and 1 sink grid                  $30.00 net price
