ISSFA Releases Architectural Presentation Kit For Members

ISSFA member requests for help with marketing and the promotion of solid surface were answered on September 26th at the 2008 ISSFA Regional Meeting in Devens, MA, when the Architects Presentation Kit was unveiled and handed out to member attendees.

The Architects Presentation Kit grew from the AWI Standards submission documents developed by ISSFA and submitted to the American Woodwork Institute for inclusion in the AWI Quality Standards Illustrated in June of this year. The Architects Presentation Kit is designed to get architects and specifiers excited about solid surface and show how solid surface can meet their clients’ needs. The kit contains a PowerPoint® presentation, complete with photos showing many creative uses of solid surface, and explains how solid surface meets the consumer demand for a surface that looks good, lasts a long time and is easy to clean. Also included is a newly revised version of the ISSFA architects video, which can be shown to architects and designers, as well as placed on fabricator’s websites to help promote their business and the industry.

The Architects Presentation Kit is a self-contained CD format and includes directions on how to get an appointment with an architect, what is needed to hold the presentation, the presentation itself including talking points, sign-up sheets, follow-up letters, and everything else needed to confidently give a presentation.

Every ISSFA member will receive the Architects Presentation Kit free of charge, bundled with the October - November issue of ISSFA Magazine. Additionally, members can download the kit from the document vault on the members section of the website by clicking here. For further information, or additional pay for copies of the Architects Presentation Kit, please call 877-GO-ISSFA or visit the ISSFA Store.
