RJM is now introducing Dense Fill 420, a white, highly translucent solid surface filler designed for ease of processing, excellent thermal shock and stain resistance and low resin requirement. DF 420 is the first Alumina Trihydrate (ATH) filler specifically designed and created for use in the manufacturing of kitchen and bathroom solid surface sinks. This product has been shown to yield thermal shock results in excess of ten times the required number of cycles for passing ANSI Standard Z124.6 for solid surface kitchen sinks. DF 420 has very good dry flow and wet-out properties, making it an excellent choice for automated and continuous casting equipment.
